If two-step verification is enabled for your Raven account, we will ask for your authenticator code after checking your password.
Two-step verification required
Open the authenticator app you used to set up Raven, such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator. Find your Raven account and enter its current 6-digit code.
You can also enter an unused Raven recovery code saved during setup. Each code works once. If you just used an authenticator code, wait for the next one.
Cannot access your authenticator?
Use a saved Raven recovery code. If you have neither, contact your GHT administrator for help restoring access. Installing a new authenticator app does not restore your existing Raven setup.
