Effective October 2, 2026. Raven (Android package network.ght.raven) is provided by Glass House Technologies LLC, also known as Glass Tech or GHT. Its Google Play developer name is Connor Glass. This policy covers Raven on the web, mobile devices and desktop.
Raven processes your name, email address, account and session information; email senders, recipients, message content, attachments and drafts; saved contacts, signatures, profile images and preferences; and mail actions such as folders, filters, snoozes and scheduled messages. These support signing in, displaying and organizing mail, sending messages you authorize, saving drafts and managing your settings.
If you connect Gmail or another supported account, Raven processes that account’s mail and connection credentials or authorization tokens to provide the features you enable. Authorized shared-mailbox users and administrators can access the business mailbox information their permissions allow.
Raven uses HTTPS between its clients and service. Mailbox data is stored on the connected mail service; Raven also stores preferences, drafts, scheduled deliveries and information needed to operate the app. It uses session cookies and local app or browser storage for sign-in, settings and draft recovery.
Mailbox credentials and authorization tokens used for persistent sessions and scheduled sending are encrypted on the server and scoped to the relevant account or session. This is not end-to-end encryption of email. Device authentication stays with Android or iOS; Raven does not receive your device passcode or biometric templates.
Your mail providers, hosting and delivery infrastructure process information needed to operate Raven. Sending a message shares its recipients, content and attachments with the mail systems and recipients involved. Connecting Gmail involves Google. Loading external images in mail can share network information with their hosts; use Raven’s image controls to choose whether to load them. Fonts or other externally hosted resources also receive ordinary network requests, including an IP address.
We do not sell personal information or share mailbox content with advertisers. Information may be disclosed when legally required. Business records and shared mailboxes remain subject to your organization’s authorized access and retention requirements.
Mail remains with your connected provider until deleted under that provider’s or your organization’s retention rules. Raven retains account settings and operational information while needed to provide and secure the service. Draft recovery may remain in local storage; use a trusted device and clear that storage when disposing of it.
You can manage connected accounts and sessions in Raven, delete mail, control external images, or request access, correction or deletion by emailing support@ght.network. See Raven’s account deletion policy for the request process, mailbox removal timing and retained records. Deleting Raven data does not delete copies already delivered to recipients or your separate Google account.
Raven is intended for business users and is not directed at children under 13. We update this page when our practices change. Contact support@ght.network or Glass House Technologies LLC, 3077 Leeman Ferry Rd SW, Suite A1, Huntsville, AL 35801.
