Any Raven (GHT mail) user can request account deletion from Settings → Account → Request account deletion inside the app, or by emailing support@ght.network from any address.
What is deleted
- Immediately: all data Raven stores about you on the server — display name, signature, theme, filters, saved contacts, snoozes and other preferences.
- Immediately: your Raven sessions are signed out. Raven never stores your password on disk.
- Within 30 days: a GHT administrator disables your GHT mailbox and permanently removes the mailbox and its mail from the mail server.
What is not deleted
- Your Google Workspace (Gmail) account, if you connected one — Raven only holds a revocable connection to it, which is severed immediately.
- Mail you already sent to other people, which lives in their mailboxes.
- Records GHT is required to keep for business or legal reasons.
